Fair Billing Promise

Last updated: April 7, 2026

For questions about our billing practices, contact team@inkline-docs.com.

Too many software companies make it easy to subscribe and hard to leave. Auto-renewals without warning, cancellation flows that require support tickets, and price hikes buried in fine print have eroded trust across the industry.

Inkline is different. Below are six concrete commitments we make to every customer. They are not marketing copy — they are promises we hold ourselves to.

1. No credit card required to start

Sign up and try Inkline without entering payment information. If you decide to upgrade, you choose when.

2. Cancel from your dashboard — no email, no phone call, no support ticket

Your subscription, your choice. Manage or cancel directly from your billing settings, anytime.

3. No-surprise renewals

Annual plans: we email you 30 days before each renewal with the exact date and amount, so there's always time to change plans or cancel.

Monthly plans: Paddle's checkout shows you the renewal amount and date before you subscribe, and you receive a receipt after every charge. You can change or cancel anytime from your billing settings — cancellation stops the next charge immediately.

4. 14-day refund window

Not satisfied? Request a refund within 14 days of any charge by emailing team@inkline-docs.com. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment partner.

5. 60-day price-change notice

If we ever raise prices, you get at least 60 days' notice. Your current rate stays locked until the end of your billing period.

6. Export your data anytime

Print or save any proposal as PDF using the Print button on the proposal page. No support ticket required.
