Our Approach

Live Status
Real-time uptime data is available at status.inkline-docs.com. This dashboard is independently monitored from outside our infrastructure — not self-reported.
How We Monitor
- External uptime checks from multiple geographic regions via third-party monitoring.
- Automated alerts on any degradation.
- Public status dashboard with incident history.
Incident Response
- Incident updates are posted to the public status dashboard.
- We aim to notify affected users via email for significant incidents, though delivery is not guaranteed.
- Report issues to team@inkline-docs.com.
Infrastructure
- Vercel edge network — global CDN, automatic scaling, zero-downtime deploys.
- Supabase managed PostgreSQL — automated backups.
- All data encrypted at rest and in transit.
