How does the free plan work?

You get 30 AI credits every month — enough for 2–6 proposals depending on quality. No credit card required. Upgrade to Solo or Team anytime.

What happens when I run out of credits?

On the free plan, you wait until next month for credits to reset. Solo and Team users can buy credit packs for more credits anytime. Your proposals and data are always preserved.

What’s the difference between Solo and Team?

Solo is for independent professionals — you get 200 AI credits/month, 10 active proposals, and all quality tiers. Team adds 1,000 credits/month, unlimited active proposals, and 5 team seats for collaborative workflows.

Is there an annual plan?

Yes — save the equivalent of 2 months with annual billing. Solo is $190/year ($15.83/mo) and Team is $490/year ($40.83/mo). You can choose monthly or annual when you subscribe.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings. You’ll retain access until the end of your billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards for Inkline subscriptions. For proposal payments, your clients pay via your own payment link (Stripe, PayPal, or any provider).

Do clients need an account to sign or pay?

No. Clients access proposals through a shared link — they can view, sign, and pay without creating an account.

Can I add team members?

Yes. The Team plan includes 5 seats. Invite team members with owner, admin, or member roles. Teams share templates, saved blocks, and a product catalog.
